Judson C. Hill
Judson C. Hill has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia ('91) and the Georgia State University College of Law ('94). Mr. Hill and his wife Shannon have been married since 1994 and have 2 children. Mr. Hill is a frequent lecturer at seminars for bankruptcy Judges, Trustees and attorneys. He has served as counsel in thousands of consumer bankruptcy cases filed in the Southern District of Georgia and continues to focus his law practice entirely on protecting the people of the Coastal Empire.

R. Wade Gastin
Attorney Wade Gastin graduated from the University of Georgia in 1973. He graduated from John Marshall Law School in 1978. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1978. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the Eleventh Circuit of the United States. This includes the Federal Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
Mr. Gastin has been married to Bebe Gastin for 22 years. They have two sons, Christopher and Jeremiah. The apple of his eye are his two grandchildren, Elijah and Alexis.
For more than 32 years, Mr. Gastin has concentrated his practice in the arena of personal bankruptcy. He has been a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. He is a frequent speaker at various national bankruptcy seminars. He has been a lecturer at seminars in San Francisco, Puerto Rico, San Antonio and Philadelphia.
His 32 years experience is coupled with the fact that the law firm has filed in excess of 8000 bankruptcy cases. He has represented clients in Bankruptcy Court in Georgia, South Carolina and New York.
